Can I try Kshemetrix before committing?
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to the features included in your chosen plan, and our team is available to help you get set up.
How does per-user pricing work?
You are billed based on the number of active users in your organization each month. Active users are those who have logged in at least once during the billing period. Admin and system accounts are not counted.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features become available immediately, and we prorate the charges. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for monthly billing. For annual billing and Enterprise plans, we also support wire transfers and purchase orders.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing comes with a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Enterprise customers can also negotiate multi-year agreements with additional volume discounts.
Do you offer special pricing for non-profits?
Yes. We offer a 30% discount for registered non-profit organizations and NGOs. Contact our sales team with proof of non-profit status to get started.
